Legal Parameter: All custom words are subject to final publisher approval by Happily Hatched Media to ensure phonetic and age-appropriate mass-market standards. If rejected, the upgrade fee is refunded, but the original commission remains binding.
Artistic Likeness & Creative Protections: B.C. Hatch retains complete creative control over the final illustration, styling, and composition. The artwork is a whimsical, stylized representation in the illustrator's signature aesthetic, not a photorealistic portrait. By purchasing, you explicitly agree to accept the artist's final interpretation. Absolutely no revisions, redraws, or edits will be accommodated.
Strict No Refunds Policy: Due to the highly customized and time-intensive nature of this commissioned package, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. There are no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges permitted under any circumstances once the spot is secured.
