What You Are Commissioning: When you secure this spot, you are purchasing a custom digital illustration service for the mass-market edition of Beyond Pretty.

Your Commission Service Includes:

• Custom Design Labor: Dedicated studio time to digitally draw and format your girl based on your provided photos and personality details.
• The "Beyond Pretty" Feature: Your girl’s character will be officially published as one of the exclusive A-to-Z empowerment letters in the new mass-market edition of Beyond Pretty.
• Digital Image (Personal Use Only): A high-resolution digital copy of your custom character illustration for your personal viewing. Please note: As the artist, I retain all copyrights, intellectual property, and commercial reproduction rights to the artwork. This digital file is provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Your Physical Goods:
Because your girl is the star of her letter, you obviously need the physical proof! The total price of this package includes the retail cost of:

• One (1) physical, signed copy of Beyond Pretty.
• One (1) keepsake physical print of your child's completed page.

How It Works & Project Timeline:

1. Secure Your Spot: Purchase this listing to claim this letter. (Only ONE page is available per letter!)
2. Submit Photos (Action Required): Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit 2–3 clear reference photos of your child. Photos must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Publication & Shipping: Beyond Pretty officially launches in late July! Your signed book and physical print will be shipped directly to you as soon as the inventory arrives from the printer.
   (Note: US Shipping is completely covered and absorbed by the author! International shipping is handled independently; international customers will receive a separate invoice with a calculated shipping charge prior to mailing.)

Your Child's Privacy & Social Media:
Your child's participation in this process can remain entirely private! While I retain all rights to the final stylized illustration (which will be published in the book), I will NEVER share your child’s actual reference photos or personal identity online without your permission. You will have the option to sign a separate, voluntary release form if you would like to allow me to share their reference photos and behind-the-scenes progress on my social media.

Exhaustive Legal Protection & Release (MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING):
By purchasing this custom commission, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

• Legal Guardianship Verification: You expressly warrant that you are the legal parent or guardian of the child(ren) photographed, or that you have secured explicit, documented legal permission from the parent/guardian to submit their likeness.
• Irrevocable Likeness Release: You grant the author/illustrator and affiliated publishing entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish the child's illustrated likeness in Beyond Pretty (all current and future editions, formats, and languages) and in all related promotional, marketing, and commercial materials.
• Waiver of Liability & Indemnification: You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the author/illustrator from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or lawsuits arising out of or related to the use of the illustrated likeness, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
• Absolute Creative Control: The final artwork will be a highly stylized, artistic interpretation matching the book's specific aesthetic, not a photorealistic portrait. The artist retains 100% final creative control over all aspects of the illustration, including design, layout, color palette, and character posing. No revisions will be provided.
• Waiver of Royalties: This purchase is a one-time service fee. You and the subject(s) waive any and all claims to future compensation, royalties, or profits derived from the sale of the book or related merchandise.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate allocation of limited publishing real estate and the commencement of custom labor, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once the transaction is processed.
